Chef Ray Burnette (Culinary Expert / Co-Owner) started his culinary journey in NYC at the  Culinary Institute of America. Ray studied under Emeril Lagasse for many years before making his was back to the South. Ray was in different culinary executive positions for over 10 combined years at Champion’s Golf Retreat in Evans, GA. While there he took great care of famous golfers, celebrities and private members. Ray’s love of creating outstanding dishes and experience drives him to create new and exciting dishes. Like most great chefs, they need someone to keep them grounded and in check. That is where Mary comes into play.

Mary’s love for event planning started during her early advertising and marketing career in Greenville, SC. She know she was born to be an event planner when she was able to plan large corporate events for clients such as BMW, Freightliner Sprinter Van, Michelin Earth Mover Tires and other Greenville / Upstate non-profit organizations. In 2008 she had the opportunity to purchase her first event company and that was when her passion flourished. Fast forward to now as 16 years have passed as Mary’s career was filled with taking over another event company and running 4 separate venues. Mary moved back home to Augusta, GA in 2017 and continues to build her legacy by managing and planning events such as muti-day Indian weddings, large to small corporate events and trade shows, to other social events. Nothing scares her as she like Ray enjoy the challenge of making the event come to reality for the clients.

Ray and Mary are constantly told that they are a power-house couple and both make the client feel at ease and stress levels decline as the client knows they are in great hands.
